Originally from Nova Scotia, Cody values a coastal lifestyle and brings a warm, approachable energy to everything he does.
With a diverse background and abundant life experience, Cody is a natural fit for real estate. As a multi award-winning realtor working alongside Engel and Volkers, he proudly serves the Greater Victoria area.
In 2010, Cody followed his adventurous spirit, leaving school to backpack across Australia. Over three years, he worked and travelled through Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand, mostly in hospitality, where his gift for connecting with people really shone through.
A passionate golfer, Cody attended the Golf Academy of America in Orlando, graduating in 2015. He then moved to Bowen Island, where he worked as a manager and instructor at the island's 9-hole course. Helping people improve their game brought him a sense of fulfillment that still drives him today.
Now based in Victoria, Cody has combined his passions for connection, service, and lifestyle into his career as a trusted real estate advisor. Whether guiding clients through a first home purchase or helping them find the perfect property to match their dreams, he is dedicated to supporting others in achieving their real estate goals.
Cody also lives a health-conscious, active lifestyle. When he's not working, you can find him exploring the natural beauty of Victoria with his dogs, Scotia and Nova.
